Where are you shipping from?
We ship out of Tonawanda, NY - which is right outside of Buffalo.
How are the hot dogs & other meats shipped?
We ship them out overnight Monday - Thursday. They are shipped in a cooler with frozen gel packs. These gel packs can last at least 3 days frozen. Please note there are only Saturday deliveries if you comply with the additional $25 charge. No deliveries on Holidays, so please make plans accordingly.
Why are the prices for the hot dogs & other meats so expensive?
Although it may seem expensive at first, it is really a huge bargain. We ship all perishable food items overnight to your destination. The prices reflect the cost of overnight shipping, a cooler, frozen gel packs, and the product. If you were to ship something out yourself to Florida or California, the shipping price alone is $90+. You get to take advantage of the price break and also be worry free if UPS encounters a problem. We take care of EVERYTHING and guarantee your product will get to the destination.
I have a coupon code and it is not working. Do coupon codes work on perishable items?
Our coupon codes never work on our perishable items. These items include hot dogs, sausage, chip dip, bologna, ham, knockwurst, and any other item that is shipped overnight to keep quality intact.
How are the chicken wings from Anchor Bar or Duff's shipped?
The wings are cooked, sauced, and frozen. We ship these overnight as well in a cooler with frozen gel packs to ensure the quality upon arrival.
Can you return hot dogs or other perishable food items?
No. Perishable food items are non-returnable. This is enforced through New York State as well. We apologize about the inconvenience, but we cannot re-sell these items or ensure their quality if you were to mail them back.
Can fruit baskets be shipped ground?
They can only be shipped ground within New York state. If they are being shipped anywhere else, the customer is responsible for the 2 day air charges. These will be applied separately, so please choose this option at checkout.
I received a basket, in the picture there is chocolate, but the item I received does not have any. Why?
We only ship chocolate during the fall/winter seasons. This is due to heat concerns; if the item is going to a warmer state, we will replace the item with something comparable in price.
Do you have a retail location?
We do not have a retail location. We do have a lobby when you walk into our offices that showcases our baskets. We are more than happy to accommodate you if you prefer picking up your items. Pleas make sure to order ahead to ensure your product is in stock and ready. Our phone number is 1-866-248-9623. Please note, we only offer pick up at our office for customers in or around Tonawanda, NY. Our Canadian customers are more than welcome to come here as well and pick up a purchase.
Do you have a catalog?
No. Our entire inventory of product is on our site, citymade.com.
Can you make custom baskets/gifts?
Yes! Custom gifting is our specialty! You give us a price, and we make a unique gift to match! There is no minimum order required, just maximum satisfaction! We can put a custom logo on ribbon, include branded items, and anything else you can think of!
How long does it take to receive an order?
After you place your order, we ship it out that same day or the next business day. Please note Friday orders will be fulfilled on Mondays. Since we are shipping out of Tonawanda, NY 14150 it will take anywhere from 3-6 business days for the product to reach you, especially if you live on the west coast or in the south. Please keep this in mind when sending a gift to someone.
